... is a FAT32),now in this windows(no another of windows such as windows me) I have problem with very of files that have*.exe extensions (of course,files that already existed in the computer no new files)and them are disable and anytime run them show a message of error that file"is not a valid win32 application"!

This is the second time I have received this message on two different programs I have downloaded and tried to install. The first was zone alarm and now the msn messanger update. The error is "not a valid win32 application" when trying to install either of these. Where do I start? :) Thanks!

When opening QP 10 ( ver10.0.0.663) a "not valid win32 application" My guess is that one of the crashes corrupted the exe. The others that have had this problem has resolved it by either: installing Service Pack 3 or reinstalling the application. I would start with downloading and installing service pack 3.

Sure, why not? I guess basically it determined that my files were not valid win32 files and marked them as such to make sure they would not run under Windows 95. I have no idea what this thing is really for but I advise all to avoid it. Perhaps some of our more knowledgeable users can enlighten us.
